You've finished printing - what next? If printing is not the end of
your process, Reprotec offers a range of equipment enabling you to
collate, fold, trim, guillotine, crease, laminate, booklet-make,
bind and even shred. Our range includes machines ideal for smaller
volumes, offices and budgets through to heavy duty equipment that
will cope with larger demands.
Laminators
For a professional finish and increased durability, why not laminate
your documents for display and presentation? Various machines are
available for laminating items up to 3.5mm thick, from ID to A3
size, in pouch thicknesses from 38 to 300 micron. Most offer
variable temperature and / or speed settings to suit your needs.
Encapsulators
If
you are looking for something sturdier than an office laminator, for
encapsulating posters, banners, signage or graphics, we also offer
specialist encapsulation equipment, suitable for items up to 5mm
thick and up to A0 + sizes. The machines are designed for ease of
use and safety for your peace of mind.
Collators
Make life easier with an off-line collator for short or long run
collating jobs. Some models may be linked to optional stapling or
punching units or booklet makers for a more complete solution.
Folding and creasing machines
Make leaflet or invoice mailings or your regular newsletter run
quicker and easier by using one of our automatic folding machines,
which fold the documents into your choice of layout to suit
different envelope sizes or leaflet designs. If you want to fold or
crease glossy paper or digitally printed documents, let us know -

Binders
Create smart-looking manuals, reports, calendars etc with one of our
binding machines, which make light work of finishing your documents
by punching the documents and inserting a comb, wire or slide
binder. A variety of electric and manual machines are available to
cater for various needs.
Booklet makers
Choose from a range of booklet makers that can be used on-line with
a collator, or as a stand-alone facility, for producing manuals,
brochures, CD booklets etc.
Trimmers and Guillotines
Both manual and electric guillotines and paper trimmers are
available for cutting general office documents, photographs, posters
etc of various sizes and thicknesses. Paper drills, round corner /
thumb-notch cutters and punching / eyelet inserting machines are

Shredders - help you comply with data protection legislation
For confidential document disposal, Reprotec offer a variety of
shredders to suit most workloads and security requirements, with
cross-cut models for more sensitive data and strip cut for more
general use. There are a number of finished particle sizes to choose
from and many machines now shred CDs, floppy disks and credit cards
to help protect data about you, your contacts and your organisation
and avoid the risk of embarassment, fraud and even legal action.
